In 2019, a single-day conference titled "Women Breaking Barriers - BREAKOUT!" was held in Houston, Texas. The conference focused on the needs of women who aspired to maximize their innate talents and capabilities. The event successfully provided valuable insight and inspiration to attendees. The event also made it clear that we needed a space where we could continue to connect, inspire, and thrive.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2020, Worldwide Barrier Breakers, fondly referred to as WBB, officially became a nonprofit during that same year to create the necessary space for our community to connect. We provide personalized development plans, financial literacy programs, networking opportunities, small business incubation services, health and wellness training, meal delivery, and more! We break barriers by creating events, programs, and other resources that target our community’s needs as well as our community’s dreams.
